Buyer warrants that (I) the credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete and (ii) charges incurred by the Buyer will be honored by the Buyer's credit card company and (iii) Buyer shall pay charges incurred by Buyer at the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes - Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse sale of products to certain individuals at any time. Sale of any product is subject to availability - Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Company and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to a Buyer's violation of this Contract or use of the Site. - Buyer's right to use the Service is not transferable and is subject to any limits established by Company or by Buyer's credit card company

5. If a product purchased is not to Buyer's satisfaction, Buyer can return the product in its original condition. COSMEPHARM Inc accepts products within fourteen days of purchase and only if the product has not been used. Because of safety issues, we do not accept returned products that have been opened and used. So please consider your need for these products carefully. Make sure you read our product information carefully so as to determine if our products are right for you. We have websites in place for all our products and if you still need more information, you may email us at info@cosmepharm.com and one of our dedicated professionals will answer your questions within 48 hours. Shipping and handling charges would not be covered by COSMEPHARM. We would exchange unopened products in its original package or refund products that have been damaged through shipping. You must email sales@cosmepharm.com or call our customer service number 817 649 7546 for a return number. COSMEPHARM will gladly exchange an item if not opened and in its original package.

6. COSMEPHARM Inc will keep all information regarding Buyer's use of the Site and all information provided by Buyer private and will not release this information to 3rd parties, except for the purpose of payment processing or when required by law

7. COSMEPHARM reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or delete any information or content appearing on this Site and to remove any products offered for sale. Upon notice published over the product, COSMEPHARM, may modify these prices, and may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the Site in its sole discretion and without prior notice.

This Contract shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Arlington Texas, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and of the State of Texas (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action of Buyer with respect to the Site must be instituted within six (6) months after any purchase or be forever waived and barred. The language in this Contract shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be brought solely in Arlington Texas, and Buyer expressly submits to the jurisdiction of said courts and Buyer consents to extra-territorial service of process. 10. Privacy Cosmepharm.com will not reveal to any party any personal information such as but not limited to email address, name, telephone numbers etc obtained from any user's access of the site or shopping for products.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING-

It can take 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive (and sometimes longer) depending on how busy your customs officials are at the time your order arrives in your country. All international orders require hand written paper work for each parcel shipped to another country. Customs and other forms must be filled out this takes time. So please have patience. The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA. If a parcel is returned because of non payment of duty tax, the credit back to the credit card will be minus the: SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGE AND MINUS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Your postal service generally will make several delivery attempts, and a notice is left if nobody is available to sign for the package. The POST OFFICE will hold your package for a few days only.  If you fail to claim it, it will be returned to us, marked unclaimed.
The Customer is Responsible Charges to Re-Ship ... if you fail to claim your package. You will be required to pay for shipping twice in order to have your order sent a second time.
